Roasted Potatoes Recipe
These potatoes are slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Although I put exact amounts for the ingredients, I usually just add everything together without measuring…turns out delicious every time.

Prep: 5 minutes Cook time: 20-25 minutes Serves: 6

Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup olive oil (you can also used a flavored olive oil)
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Place the potatoes in a jelly roll pan and drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix it together to be sure the potatoes are coated.
- Roast at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
