Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

These sweet potato fries are oven baked and go well with sandwiches, burgers, and even steaks and they are so easy to make.

Preparation: 10 minutes | Cook: 30-40 minutes | Serves: 6

Sweet-Potato-Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fry shape.  A french fry cutter really helps with this step.
  3. Place fries in large bowl and drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
  4. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste and toss to coat.
  5. Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.  Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Turn fries with a spatula and continue cooking for 15 to 25 more minutes until they start to brown.
  7. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.

  1. Absolutely delicious! I would recommend baking these fries on parchment paper or silpat so that the fries don’t stick to the baking sheet.
