Seasoned Oyster Crackers Recipe

I used a seafood seasoning for these oyster crackers, but you can use other seasonings that complement your meal.

Prep:  2 minutes | Cook:  10 minutes

Herbed Oyster Crackers


  • 9 ounces oyster crackers
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning (I used a seafood seasoning (Old Bay) to complement the chowder)


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. On a rimmed baking sheet spread out the oyster crackers.  Add the vegetable oil and seasoning and mix to coat.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 10  minutes, or until just turning brown.
