Roasted Potatoes Recipe

These potatoes are slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

Prep: 5 minutes | Cook time: 20-25 minutes | Serves:  6

Potato recipes, olive oil, salt, pepper


  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (you can also used a flavored olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Place the potatoes in a jelly roll pan and drizzle with the olive oil, then sprinkle with the onion powder, salt and pepper.  Mix it together to be sure the potatoes are coated.
  3. Roast at 450 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tender.
