Roasted Asparagus Recipe



This easy asparagus recipe pairs well with anything as a flavorful side dish.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 15 minutes | Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Trim stalk ends of asparagus.
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread asparagus on large baking sheet and cook for 15-20 minutes at 350°.
  4. Remove from oven when desired tenderness is reached and serve hot.
