Biscuits with Seafood Seasoning Recipe

This basic recipe can be used with a variety of seasonings and herbs.  For our beach themed party, I used a mango lime seafood seasoning in these biscuits.   They tasted amazing dipped in garlic butter.

Prep: 10 minutes | Cook: 20-25 minutes | Serves: 12

Seasoned Rolls

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning (if the seasoning you use does not have salt, add 1 teaspoon salt)
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 container sour cream (8 ounce)

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and seasoning.  Add the butter and sour cream.
  3. These do not rise much, so fill a 12 cup muffin tin to the desired height of your biscuit.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Katom Restaurant Supply has a muffin pan brush…I had never seen this before.
