Blackened Spicy Shrimp Recipe

Stir-fried Shrimp and Mushroom Recipe

Ginger and mushrooms are the primary flavors in this stir-fry shrimp and mushroom dish. It is not spicy so feel free to add red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce, to taste. Also, if you like a thicker sauce, dissolve 2 tablespoons of cornstarch in 2 tablespoons of water and bring the dish to a boil after it is added.
