Fruit Salad and Coconut Yogurt Recipe

 This fruit salad is made with yogurt and includes banana, mango, grape, watermelon, papaya, coconut and honey.

Prep: 15 minutes | Serves: 6

bananas, mangoes, papaya, watermelon, coconut yoghurt


  • Assorted fruits (papaya, grapes, watermelon, banana, mango)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Toasted coconut


  1. Cut the fruit into bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  2. Stir together the yogurt, coconut and honey. Spoon over the fruit.
  3. Garnish with toasted coconut.
