Blueberry Salad with Walnuts and Feta Recipe
Arugula was used to make this salad with blueberries, candied walnuts and feta, but any mixed greens can be substituted. I found a blueberry and pomegranate vinaigrette at my local grocery store, but a raspberry vinaigrette tastes great with this salad as well. Next time I make it I am going to try it with dried blueberries and, for Fourth of July, with blueberries and cranberries.
