Rosemary and Lemon Baked Salmon Recipe

The lemon and rosemary in this recipe add excellent flavor to this baked salmon.

Preparation: 5 minutes | Cook: 25 minutes | Serves: 4

Rosemary spring and lemon slices on salmon


  • Fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 servings of fresh salmon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Wash salmon and pat dry.
  2. Lightly salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a very thin layer of the mayonnaise over each piece of salmon.
  4. Slightly drizzle with lemon juice and place two lemon slices on each piece of salmon.
  5. Top with a fresh rosemary sprig.
  6. Bake at 350° for about 25 minutes or until salmon begins to flake.  You do not want to overcook because the fish will continue to cook once it has been pulled from the oven.
