Crudites (pronounced krue-dee-tay) were served to the bidders at the jewelry auction in Russian Winter. These are raw vegetables cut into bite-sized strips and served with a dip.
I love cooking with fresh herbs and trying out different combinations. One of my favorite herb combos is oregano/basil/thyme. Other favorite combos are parsley/basil/chives, parsley/basil/dill, and thyme/cilantro/sweet marjoram. The possibilities are endless and this Garden Herb Dip is extremely versatile! So experiment with herbs until you find your favorite combination.
