Random Acts of Culture

We’ve all heard of Random Acts of Kindness or Pay it Forward as a proactive means to spread kindness and good will, and, hopefully, make this world a better place. Kindness is contagious. But what about Random Acts of Culture? Is culture contagious? You bet it is!
