Long Island Tea Recipe
Five different liquors come together to make a refreshing (and potent!) southern drink.

Prep time: 10 minutes Makes: 8 drinks

Ingredients
- 4 ounces vodka
- 4 ounces gin
- 4 ounces white rum
- 4 ounces good tequila
- 2 ounces Cointreau
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 4 – 5 lemons)
- 4 or 5 cans of cola
- 8 lemon wedges
Instructions
- Combine liquors and lemon juice in a pitcher. Fill tall glass tumblers with crushed ice and pour in liquor mixture about 1/2 full (more or less depending on desired potency).
- Top tumbler with cola and stir. Garnish each glass with lemon wedge.
