- 1 can (14 ounce) coconut cream
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup vodka
- Pineapple slices
- Add the coconut cream, pineapple chunks and vodka to a blender. Fill about halfway with ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into your desired glass and garnish with pineapple slices, cherries and, of course, an umbrella.
