Apricot Lassi Recipe
A lassi is a yogurt drink that the Pakistanis like to drink sweet for breakfast or salty for lunch and dinner. I sweetened this Apricot Lassi Recipe with honey.
Inspired by Three Cups of Tea
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Servings: 4 – 6
- 1 cup of canned apricots, drained
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
