Apricot Lassi Recipe

A lassi is a yogurt drink that the Pakistanis like to drink sweet for breakfast or salty for lunch and dinner. This recipe is sweetened with honey and is a nutritious drink to enjoy anytime of day.

Prep: 5 Minutes | Serves: 4 – 6

Pakistani drink


  • 1 cup of canned apricots, drained
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
