Apple Berry Champagne Punch Recipe
This delightfully fruity, bubbly punch with a bit of brandy is quite a crowd pleaser. It looks great and tastes even better!
Prep: 5 minutes | Yield: 3 quarts
- 1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate
- 1 liter bottle of club soda
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1 bottle of sparkling wine or champagne (I like Asti Spumante)
- 2-3 cups of your favorite fresh berries
Combine all ingredients in a large picture. Serve chilled.
