This banana bread is made in one bowl, first mixing the wet ingredients and then adding the dry ingredients directly from the measuring cup. This is a great cake for your baseball loving son or daughter or for a book club party for The Art of Fielding, a book I highly recommend, especially if you are a baseball fan
