Tiny Toast Wedges Recipe

Prep: 5 mins | Bake: 10 minutes, total | Yield: 16 servings



  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Cut each bread slice into 4 small triangles.
  3. Brush olive oil evenly over each triangle. Bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven. Rub the crushed garlic on each triangle and top with sea salt, to taste. Return to oven and bake additional 5 minutes to toast the bread.
