Tiny Toast Wedges Recipe
These tiny toast wedges are easy to make and are delicious to use as a dipper, a salad topper or to just pop in your mouth and enjoy.
Prep: 5 mins | Bake: 10 minutes, total | Yield: 16 servings
- 4 bread slices
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Cut each bread slice into 4 small triangles.
- Brush olive oil evenly over each triangle. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Rub the crushed garlic on each triangle and top with sea salt, to taste. Return to oven and bake additional 5 minutes to toast the bread.
