Ingredients
- 1 large onion
- 7-10 jalapenos
- 4 cans (14 1/2 ounce) of whole tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Accent Flavor Enhancer
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- In food processor*, chop onion and jalapeno. Place in large bowl. Add tomatoes to food processor, blend and add to onion and jalapenos. Set aside.
- In small saucepan, bring oil, vinegar, Accent Flavor Enhancer, salt and garlic just to boil. Stir into tomato mixture and blend well. Store in non-metal container and refrigerate.
