Feta and Olive Dip Recipe
If you love olives, this easy dip is for you. Depending on which olives you use (I used gourmet olives from the deli section), you may need to add more olive oil to obtain the consistency of a dip. It is made also with feta cheese and lemon juice.
I also used this feta and olive dip as a spread in a tomato sandwich and as a topping for a Greek Hot Dog…it was delicious!

Prep: 10 minutes Makes: about 2 cups
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 25 black olives
- 15 large green olives
- 1 tablespoons olive oil + more if necessary
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor until the desired consistency.
- Serve with pita bread or pita chips.
