Crudites (Vegetables served with Dip) Recipe

Crudites (pronounced krue-dee-tay) were served to the bidders at the jewelry auction in Russian Winter.  These are raw vegetables cut into bite-sized strips and served with a dip.  I served these crudites below with Lisa’s Vegetable Dip Recipe.

Inspired by Russian WinterDriftwood Summer

Prep Time:  15 minutes      Servings:   6

Raw Vegetables with Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 ounce can large pitted black olives
  • 1 pound bag Bolthouse Farms baby cut carrots

Instructions

Cut the peppers and cucumber into strips.  Arrange on platter along with carrots, black olives and green onions.  Serve with Vegetable Dip Recipe.
