Crudites (Vegetables served with Dip) Recipe



Crudites (pronounced krue-dee-tay) are raw vegetables cut into bite-sized strips and served with a dip.

Prep: 15 minutes | Serves: 6

Raw Vegetables with Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 orange pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 6 ounce can large pitted black olives
  • 1 pound bag baby cut carrots

Instructions

Cut the peppers and cucumber into strips. Arrange on platter along with carrots, black olives and green onions. Serve with Vegetable Dip Recipe.
