Baked Brie with Raspberries and Walnuts Recipe



This baked brie recipe is an appetizing hit at parties. The raspberries and walnuts perfectly compliment the creamy earthiness of the brie.

Prep:  15 minutes | Cook:  25 – 30 minutes | Servings:  8

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of frozen prepared puff pastry, defrosted
  • 1 round of  Brie cheese (do not remove rind)
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Grapes and sliced apples
  • Premium wheat crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice brie in half across the middle so you have two equal rounds.

  3. Lay the puff pastry sheet onto a clean surface. Place half of the brie onto the puff pastry.  Spread the raspberry preserves on top then sprinkle the walnuts on the preserves.

  4. Place remaining half of the brie on top.  Wrap dough up and over the brie, removing any excess dough.  Turn over so the sealed side is underneath.
  5. Sprinkle brown sugar on top of dough.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve with grapes, sliced apples and crackers.
