Alice’s Arance E Pepe (Oranges and Pepper) Recipe

This peppered oranges recipe sparked my curiosity. The unique flavors of this appetizer compliment the flavors of the stuffed mushrooms.

  • Fresh oranges (4 large)
  • Olive oil, preferably extra virgin
  • Black pepper


Slice fresh oranges into half moon shapes and place on platter. Sprinkle generously with extra virgin olive oil and black pepper.
